The rabbi from White Plains who impersonated a police officer in road rage incidents around Westchester County last year pleaded guilty in Mamaroneck on Thursday, the last of four guilty pleas in the bizarre cases. Alfredo Borodowski, 49, a rabbi at Congregation Sulam Yaakov in Larchmont, was spared a criminal conviction by pleading guilty to a reduced charge of second-degree harassment, a violation. He will get no jail time or probation as long as he stays out of trouble for a year. He had pleaded guilty under the same terms in Greenburgh, White Plains and Yonkers.
